What should I do if I notice damage at delivery?
- Inspect freight before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note any visible damage or shortages directly on the delivery receipt before signing.
- If Damage is notices, mark the BOL as DAMAGED. Do not use "Pending Inspection".
- Take clear photos of the freight and packaging.
- Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
