Shipping damage will be covered by us as long as it is within 30 days and we are the final shipper - meaning if it was purchased and shipped from us. If purchased from a vendor and shipped from them, they would be responsible for shipping damage. If there is concealed damage, and shipped from us within 30 days, we would also cover. If it was obvious concealed damage, and within 30 days we would also cover. If any damage is done to the box it is likely to be shipping damage. Warranty can be fulfilled through us regardless of who it is purchased from as long as they are an authroized seller and not third party. This is for defects with products such as non working HDMI ports or no picture etc. Warranty does not cover damage in any cases. Each product has a different warranty length, monitors are typically 3 years, laser projectors 5 years and lamp projectors typically 3. We got off of invoice date.
