NAD Electronics Warranty & RMA Policy
Limited Warranty for NADElectronics.com Purchases
NAD Electronics warrants all NAD products sold through the NADElectronics.com Online shop to be free from any defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser from the NADElectronics.com Online shop .
Important Note for Dealer Purchases: If you purchased your product directly from an authorized NAD dealer or distributor, you must contact your local dealer or distributor for warranty information and service. The warranty duration provided by a dealer/distributor may vary by region .
Warranty Period
For products purchased from the NADElectronics.com Online shop, the warranty period for Amplifiers, Receivers, Streamers, Turntables, Speakers, Headphones, and Remotes is two (2) years for parts and labor .
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you find a defect in a NAD product purchased from the online shop, or if it arrived damaged, you must contact the NAD Support Crew immediately. The support team will assist in diagnosing the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to a warranty claim. The warranty covers all labor and material expenses for covered items, but you must pay any shipping charges to return the product. If the repairs are covered under the warranty, NADElectronics.com or the authorized dealer/distributor will pay the return shipping charges .
What the Warranty Excludes
This limited warranty does not cover a NAD product that has been:
- Damaged by an act of God ;
- Overloaded, abused, misused, or operated with faulty or unsuitable equipment ;
- Serviced by unauthorized personnel ;
- Had its serial number altered or removed ; or
- Sold by distributors outside of NAD's authorized network.
