C2G (Cables To Go) Warranty & Return Policy
C2G Product Warranty
C2G offers a lifetime guarantee for all of the products it manufactures to be free of defects in workmanship or components. Non-working products can be returned for repair or replacement at any time. This guarantee does not cover misuse or any consequential damages from the product's use.
General Product Return Policy
To return any item, you must first obtain an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after the original invoice date and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returns, except for defective products, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return freight must be shipped prepaid, and the returned product must be clean, undamaged, and complete with all original manuals, accessories, and packaging in a resalable condition.
How to Return a Product
If an item is not working properly, contact your Account Manager at 800-506-9607 for troubleshooting assistance. For a defective stock C2G item, you can return it within 30 days for replacement or repair. C2G can also cross-ship a replacement at a charge and then credit back the original transaction once the defective item is received and evaluated.
Returns for Other Manufacturer's Products
For products sold by C2G but made by other manufacturers, your return rights are subject to that manufacturer's rules. After 30 days from the invoice date, all defective merchandise returns for products from other manufacturers must be handled directly with that manufacturer in accordance with their warranty.
Custom Products
Custom cables and other build-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-refundable. They are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and components but are not guaranteed for fit of purpose to the application. Defective custom cables will be replaced or repaired at C2G's sole discretion.
