Shure Warranty and RMA Policy
With effect from August 1st 2024, we have updated our returns policy as follows:
1. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED from Shure's Customer Service Department prior to sending the item(s) back to Shure. To obtain an RA number, call your local representative, or contact Shure at 800-434-3350 and provide the representative with your invoice number under which the item(s) was purchased. RA numbers can also be obtained through our dealer self-service portal (https://partnershop.shure.com)
2. An RA number is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
3. Merchandise must be received by Shure within 1 year of the purchase date. - Merchandise returned within 90 days of invoice date will receive full credit. Merchandise returned after 90 days from invoice date will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
4. Merchandise must be in new condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original, undamaged/unmarked packaging. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be charged an additional 15% processing fee.
5. When purchased as a system (e.g. wireless microphone or personal monitor systems), individual parts and components cannot be returned for credit.
6. Discontinued merchandise cannot be returned for credit.
