How long is my warranty?

Warranty length depends on the product and the manufacturer. PMC will cover defects up to 1 year from your date of purchase. Once your first year is up, you can reach out to the manufacturer for assistance on a defective item.

Typical timelines:

Security cameras, recorders, and control equipment: typically 1–3 years

Televisions and projectors: typically 1–2 years

Projector lamps/bulbs: often 90 days to 1 year (shorter due to normal wear)
