With a 60+ year legacy in the AV industry, Vanco International continues to engineer, manufacture, and sell top tier audio/video products and electronic accessories that are 100 percent QC tested in Vanco International's US headquarters. The Vanco team works directly with dealers and distributors to provide flexible warranty and return policies including a lifetime warranty on all Vanco cables. We also offer industry leading warranty terms, technical support and trainings so our customers know they are taken care of from the start of a job to many years down the road.

Warranty Conditions and Policies:

  • Vanco warranty is not transferable.

  • Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt from an approved Vanco distributor is required for any warranty claim.

  • Vanco products sold outside of the distribution channel from online resellers such as Amazon, eBay Wish, etc. must contact the reseller for returns/warranty information.

  • Vanco is not responsible for purchases that cannot be traced or purchased from an unauthorized channel.

  • RMA requests will only be granted from an authorized distributor.

  • End users may not request an RMA and will be directed to their integrator/dealer/installer or authorized distributor.

  • Restocking fee may apply, please check with the return policies of the authorized distributor.
