Klipsch Warranty & RMA Policy

U.S. Limited Warranty

Klipsch Group, Inc. (KGI) warrants its products to the original retail purchaser to be free from defective materials and workmanship for the periods specified below. This limited warranty is null and void for products not purchased from Klipsch Group, Inc. or an authorized dealer. The warranty terminates if the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product .

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain a repair or replacement, you must return the product to the dealer from which it was purchased with your original receipt. If returning to the dealer is impossible, you must contact Klipsch warranty service at 1-800-554-7724 to arrange for the return or in-field destruction of the product. The return, repair, and replacement shipping, liability, and cost are the responsibility of the original retail purchaser.

Warranty Periods by Product Category

Heritage Speakers

  • 10 Years: Klipschorn AK6, La Scala AL5, Cornwall IV, Forte III & IV, Heresy IV, and Jubilee models .

Passive Speakers

  • 5 Years: All passive speakers .

Active Speakers

  • 2 Years: Flexus Sound Bars .
  • Other Sound Bars: 1 year on electronics and 3 years on woofer, cabinet, and non-electrical mechanics .

Subwoofers

  • Reference Premiere Subwoofers (RP-1000SW, etc.): 5 years on electronics and 5 years on woofer, cabinet, and non-electrical mechanics .
  • All Other Subwoofers: 2 years on electronics and 5 years on woofer, cabinet, and non-electrical mechanics .

Architectural Speakers

  • Lifetime: All architectural speaker products for the life of the product .

Indoor-Outdoor Speakers

  • 5 Years: All indoor-outdoor speaker products created after April 2017.

Headphones & Earphones

  • 2 Years: S1 & T5 Earphones (including S1 True Wireless, T5M, T5 Sport, etc.) .
  • 1 Year: All other headphones .

Active Personal Products

  • 1 Year: All active personal products .

B-Stock / Certified Factory Refurbished / Open Box

  • 90 Days: All products sold as B-stock, Certified Factory Refurbished, or Open Box.

Scratch & Dent

  • 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If the original purchaser is dissatisfied for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, KGI will provide a refund upon return of the product .

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover failure of the product arising from improper installation, storage, transportation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, unauthorized repair, modification, or wear from ordinary use or environmental deterioration. It also does not cover cosmetic damage, including paint damage.
