Limited Warranty: Parts 3 years. Labor 3 years. This limited warranty is valid only in the 50 united states, the district of columbia and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. If this product is found to be defective within the warranty period, JVC will repair or replace defective parts with new or rebuilt equivalents at no charge to the original owner. Such repair and replacement services shall be rendered by JVC during normal business hours at JVC authorized service centers. Parts used for replacement are warranty only for the remainder of the Warranty Period. What is not covered: Products which have been subject to abuse, accident alteration, modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, faulty installation, lack of reasonable care or if repaired or serviced by anyone other than a service facility authorized by JVC to render such service, or if affixed to any attachment no tprovided with th eproducts, or if the model or serial number has been altered, tampered with, defaced or removed. Initial installation, installation and removal from cabinets or mounting systems. Operational adjustments covered in the Own'ers Manual and normal maintenance. Damage that occurs in shipment, due to act of God, and cosmetic damage. Signal reception problems and failures due to line power surge. Accessories. Batters, except that rechargeable batteries are covered for 90 days from date of purchase. Products used for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to rental. Loss of data resultant form malfunction of hard drive or other data storage device. JVC Advanced Exchange Warranty and Return Information All New Unopened JVC DILA Procision and Reference Models – DLANZ500/DLARS1200, DLANZ700/DLARS2200, DLANZ800/DLARS3200, and DLANZ900/DLARS4200 come with a 3 Year Parts and Labor Warranty, with the 1st year being an Advanced Exchange Warranty. If the projector is a DILA model within one year of purchase, JVC will replace the projector through our Advanced Warranty Replacement program. If the projector is in the second or third year (from the end user's date of purchase), the projector would be serviced under warranty with National Pro Video. Customers and/or install team members can reach out directly to your JVC Contact: JVC will handle all warranty-related claims directly. The LX-NZ30B/W has a two-year parts and labor warranty. Customers can contact either JVC rep or send the unit directly to National Pro Video for service or repair. JVC requires a return authorization for all projectors before they can be returned. In the case of damaged or dead out-of-the-box projectors, please contact your rep immediately so we can work together on a resolution. Our goal is to process all items through the Advanced Exchange and Warranty program, not with a return.
