Vanco warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt from an approved Vanco distributor is required for any warranty claim. Vanco products sold outside of the distribution channel from online resellers, such as Amazon, eBay, Wish, etc. must contact the reseller for returns/warranty information. Vanco is not responsible for purchases that cannot be traced or purchased from an unauthorized channel. RMA requests will only be granted from an authorized distributor. End users may not request an RMA, and will be directed to their integrator/dealer/installer or authorized distributor.
